Terms and Conditions

Refunds

Hancher Auditorium does not issue any refunds except in the unusual event that the performance itself is canceled.

Exchanges

Ticket exchanges are possible only when there are multiple dates and times of the same production, and if seating is available. All ticket exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to your original performance date. If such an exchange is not possible, tickets may also be returned as a donation. Return your tickets to the Hancher Box Office 24 hours prior to your original performance date, and the value of the tickets will be acknowledged by the UI Foundation as a tax-deductible contribution. Lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

Weather Policy

In general, performances will not be canceled or postponed due to weather. Refunds will not be offered if the performance is held. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, information will be posted on the Hancher website and the Hancher Facebook page. Ticket holders will be notified directly.
