Attention Hancher Broadway Subscribers
- • Scroll down to log in to your existing Hancher Box Office account to renew your Broadway package online!
- • Once you're logged in, go to My Account, then click on Offers.Or Select You have 1 offer(s) at the top of the page.
- • From there, you can click on the 2025-26 Broadway Subscriber Renewal.
- • If everything looks good, click Add to Order and then Continue to Check Out like any other order.
- • RENT In Concert information for new and renewing subscribers purchasing online: When you have completed your Broadway series selections, you will see a pop-up screen that allows you to add RENT In Concert to your package if you would like.
Broadway package subscription renewals
- • Subscription renewals begin on Wednesday, April 30 for those who wish to retain their current seats.
- • Current subscribers will receive an email enabling them to easily renew their subscription.
- • Changes to existing subscriptions can be made beginning on Monday, May 12 at 10:00 a.m.
- • The subscription renewal period ends on Sunday, June 1 at 11:59 p.m.

Please note: Student and youth Broadway season subscriptions ($140/per) as well as student and youth Broadway single show tickets ($45/per) are available exclusively in the upper balcony.

We understand it can be hard to pick the perfect schedule
so far in advance. Rest assured that subscribers will be able to make exchanges for available seats for another performance in a show's Hancher run. Contact the Hancher Box Office for more details.
New subscription period for Hancher donors
The presale for Hancher donors begins on
Monday, June 2 and ends on Sunday, June 8.
Hancher donors who have contributed at least $120 since July 1 2024, have received an email and a letter alerting them to the opening of their sales window based on level of donation.

Broadway packages on sale to general public June 9

Single tickets and full Hancher season tickets go on sale in July
The Hancher donor early sales period will run from Monday, July 14 to Sunday, July 20.
The general public can purchase tickets beginning Monday, July 21.
